Sis asked Rich what he would like to get in his care packages, he said
healthy stuff. Gatorade single packets any flavor. Nuts - cashews
and almonds are his favorites. Country Time Lemon aid single serve
packets and power bars. Anything from Trader Joe's he loves that store
and we don't have them out here. He did say that he doesn't like
artificial sugars.
Keep the packages the size of a large shoe box. The packages will get
to him sooner, and remember he is walking everywhere and will have to
carry this back to his sleep quarters.
