Okay, I finally understand why people in the communist enclave think the way they do.
Well, that isn't true. But this post over at listoftheday does help me see the kind of people who populate the area, what they enjoy doing in their free time, and how that relates to their other worldviews.
Warning: icky, gross, and not for the weak stomach. If you can, however, get through it all, the comments are great.
