Today, at 0330, we began our family vacation. Crappy time to start, but hey, flights leave when they leave.
We're spending a week on the Island--a few days in Hilo, a few in Kiluea, and a few in Kona.
Kona brewing company. Kona coffee. Mauna Loa macadamias.
And D.A.M.: the dog after Major. I'll be selecting a new puppy from Cary Farms in Kailua Kona in a few days. The pup won't be ready to come home until July, but I'll get to pick it out.
Don't worry, pictures will follow.
For now, I'm just focusing on how to keep the kids from fighting for the next week, without drugging them or choking them into unconsciousness.
