Thanks to the very kind donations of the teeming hundreds who constitute my readers (and their friends)we've raised $6750 for the Face of America tour. (For more info, see here, here and here.)
Kkeep up the pressure on friends and family. Although we reached my personal goal of $5000 (and put me in the #1 spot for donations raised, every dollar we raise goes to pay for all the costs of the active duty participants, including accomodations, food, outreach, providing usage of bikes, cycling clinics,and all other costs associated with the ride.
The more we raise, the more people who can continue to do this.
