Backyard Camping

We are camping out tonight. Kids in one tent, mom & dad in another, enjoying the great outdoors, at least as it exists in the backyard.

I'd like to take the kids on a in the woods/roughing it/minimalist camping trip, but they're still a bit young and they've never spent a night outside. So we're gonna start small, with dome tents and campfires, weenies and smores, with all the comforts of home (for that matter, home) just feet away. It should be fun, assuming the sky doesn't close up and piss all over us.
