Glad to help

Chuck:

Your support of the Beauty for the Brave fund raising effort on behalf of
Fisher House has resulted in surges of web site traffic and contributions to
the care of wounded warriors and their families. That¹s why I wanted to
update you on their success raising funds for Fisher House.

Six months ago, a small band of women executives, led by Mary Bishop,
launched Beauty for the Brave (http://beautyforthebrave.org) in an effort to
help meaningfully connect a cross-section of American women to the needs of
those wounded in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Their call was simple and actionable: small-dollar donations to Fisher
House, a "Ronald McDonald-like" organization that provides food and shelter
to families as their loved one goes through treatment, rehabilitation and
recovery at local military and VA hospitals.

Their method, was viral... Woman-to-woman... Emails to personal networks...
Calls to action by supportive bloggers.

The results: those small donations (the price of a lipstick or a
hair-styling) have generated more than $41,000; they've also convinced the
men and organizations in their lives to contribute.

We¹re just getting started. Remember that 100 percent of every contribution
goes to Fisher House. Please help us continue help veterans and their
families.

Respectfully,

Mike Grossman
