Eureka!

I've found where I want to live when I retire.

It's in Texas, near Austin. I only need to figure out how to come up with $40k per month in mortgage payments, and a $315K down payment, and I can move in!

(Luckily, the Army has a swell retirement package, so that should more than cover the house, right?)

Anyone know a billionaire who is feeling VERY generous?
